Price and Payment

The prices listed are exclusive of VAT and are subject to change from time to time.

Payment can be made via EFT or Credit Card. 

 

Shipping and Delivery

We will ship all domestic goods through The Courier Guy.  We do not charge for domestic shipping but full payment must have been made before the order can be processed.  Whilst we aim to keep stock of all pieces, some pieces are made to order so please allow 3 – 4 weeks lead time for delivery in those cases.  We will inform you of this.  If we do have the stock, we will ship to you within 5 days.

We use DHL for international orders and endeavour to provide an indication of cost to you prior to shipment.  Please note that we cannot be held liable for customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.  We cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery due to your country’s customs clearance process.

 

You will be notified with tracking information via email once your package has been shipped.

If the item is damaged on receipt, please attempt to notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery to allow us the opportunity to determine the source of the damage.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority.  Should you be unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or a refund.  The item will need to be returned to us within 10 days of delivery, and shall be unworn and in its original packaging.  Courier costs cannot be refunded and courier costs for the return are for the customer’s account.  

However, bespoke, personalized or special order items will not  be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

 

Repairs

Should any manufacturers defect arise in the goods, within 6 months of delivery, you may return the goods at our cost and risk for replacement, repair (at our cost) or purchase price refund, at your election.

All other repairs will be charged by the hour and will be subject to quotation.  Please take extra care with chains that can break if tugged.

 

Jewellery Care

Jewellery should never be worn whilst exercising, swimming, taking a bath or showering.  Sterling Silver can tarnish over time and can be caused by exposure to skin acidity, perfumes, body lotions and chemicals. If a piece of jewellery has tarnished, you can clean it with a jewellery polishing cloth or wash it in warm soapy water with a soft brush.  Do not put pearls or plated metals into any cleaning solution.
